An attractive table shouldn't require an entire cargo van. My goal was always a clean, easy-to-understand display that could be set up reliably and packed down without losing a hundred tiny findings.
Build the table around your customer
Put the chain samples, prices, and booking information where people can see them immediately. Keep the welding workspace separate from customer browsing and follow the manufacturer's clearances and safety requirements. A cluttered table makes choosing jewelry harder.
My practical categories
I look for a dependable canopy when an event requires one, weights appropriate to the venue, neutral table linens, jewelry stands, small organizers, lighting, a battery or power solution suitable for the equipment, a checkout device, and backup supplies. Confirm that any battery can safely support the load before relying on it at an event.
Pack by workflow
Keep set-up items together, tools in a protected organizer, small consumables labeled, and pricing signage in one folder. A laminated inventory and packing list can reduce pre-event stress substantially.
Buy for your actual event calendar
An elaborate outdoor setup might be a poor first purchase if you primarily do indoor boutique pop-ups. Choose for the work you're booking, not for the nicest-looking setup video.
