Build your own pop-up opportunities

Pitch places you know, create a clear collaboration offer, and build relationships that last.

The five-coffee-shop challenge

List five coffee shops you genuinely visit. Add five boutiques, salons, bookstores or studios that attract your ideal customer. For each, write down a decision-maker, one specific event idea, and one next step.

Start with a helpful pitch

Subject: A fun jewelry pop-up idea for [Shop Name] Hi [Name], I'm [Your Name], founder of [Business], and I'm a regular at [Shop]. I love the space and think an on-site permanent jewelry pop-up could be a fun fit for your customers. I can bring a professional setup, clear price menu, and promote the event with you on social media. Would you be open to talking about a two- or three-hour event on [Date]? I'd be happy to send photos and logistics. Thanks! [Your Name]

Confirm these details in writing

Venue permission, fees or splits, table size, power, insurance, promotion plan, availability, and weather/cancellation terms. Then follow up with the host after the event, even if it was small.
